If you have a complaint or need to remove your content, please contact us at complaints@discreetnoise.com. It is our policy that we must permit the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the standards. We must acknowledge that all such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five business days. If for any reason we find our review to be true for the complaints made, the decision to remove any content and report any illegal activies or etc. can not be changed. We will thouroughly investigate every complaint or request for content removal. If something illegal is found or goes againts our standards/policy, we must notify the authorites and hand over all evidence from the investigation. THE DN NETWORK is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, professional, and compliant platform environment for all users, content providers, and payment processing partners. We strictly adhere to all applicable laws, card brand requirements, processor regulations, and content safety standards, including those required by CCBill and associated financial institutions.
Prohibited Content & Activities
THE DN NETWORK does not market, promote, distribute, or permit any content that:
- Depicts or suggests child exploitation material;
- Depicts non-consensual acts or coercion;
- Promotes violence, abuse, trafficking, or exploitation;
- Violates applicable federal, state, or international laws;
- Violates card brand regulations or payment processor rules.
Any attempt to upload, distribute, advertise, or engage in prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
Content Moderation & Platform Monitoring
THE DN NETWORK utilizes active monitoring and moderation procedures to maintain platform integrity and compliance. Measures include:
- Manual review and monitoring of platform activity;
- Verification procedures for content providers;
- Recordkeeping of transactions and platform activity;
- Removal of prohibited or non-compliant content;
- Investigation of complaints or reports involving potential violations.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, trafficking, coercion, impersonation, exploitation, or unlawful conduct.
Content Provider Agreements
All content providers using THE DN NETWORK are required to agree to written platform terms and conditions prior to participation on the platform. These agreements prohibit:
- Illegal activity;
- Non-consensual content;
- Human trafficking or exploitation;
- Misrepresentation or fraud;
- Violations of card brand rules or processor policies.
Failure to comply with these standards may result in suspension, permanent removal, or legal reporting where appropriate.
Consent & Recordkeeping
Content providers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid written consent from all persons appearing in content distributed through the platform. Providers must maintain appropriate documentation authorizing participation, distribution, and publication of content where applicable.
Age & Identity Verification
THE DN NETWORK requires all content providers and individuals depicted in content to be verified as legal adults prior to participation. Supporting identification and verification documentation may be required and maintained in accordance with applicable legal and compliance obligations.
