• Any member or individual depicted in content on our platform has the right to submit an appeal requesting review and potential removal of content if they believe the content was uploaded without their consent, their consent has been withdrawn, or the content otherwise violates applicable law.

• Your appeal should include:

• If the appellant disagrees with the outcome of an appeal, they may request that the matter be reviewed by an independent and neutral dispute resolution body.
• The DN NETWORK (discreetnoise.com) agrees to cooperate in good faith with such review.
• The cost of the neutral review process shall be borne by the merchant, as required by applicable payment processor requirements.
• The determination of the neutral review body will be considered in resolving the dispute.
